Saturday fitness walk at Jamacho

Join us for a wonderful hike at Jamacho this Saturday. We will share our experience of climbing Everest and other peaks with you and your contribution will take us one step further towards our next climb, Kilimanjaro. And we have a special guest too:

Theme: ‘Know the Valley, Know Yourself’
Starts at: Nagarjun National Park Gate, near Balaju
 Date & Time: 31st March 2012, 7:00 am-12 noon
Cost: NPR 1000/- per person including picnic (goes towards our next climb: Kilimanjaro)
Special Guest: Learn about fitness & running in the Valley from endurance runner Richard Bull
